Kudos to Technology Store Shopper

I received this email earlier today --


Dear Valued Technology Store Shopper,

We were very disappointed to find out that your payment was not sent to your PayPal account in a timely manner for the shops completed by 5/16/14. We have discovered how the error took place, and have put new processes in place to avoid this happening in the future. Please accept our sincere apologies.

To try to make up for this unfortunate error, you will find that your payment will include a 25% bonus. Your payment will be available in your paypal account on or before 5/30/14.

All of us here at Technology Store Shopper are looking forward to our next successful shop together.

-- To tell the truth, I hadn’t even noticed that a payment was late. But that’s the kind of corrective action which really endears me to a MSC.

I got that email also. What a nice surprise. As it is, they pay in the same month, usually a few weeks after completion. Love them!

Great! Quite an example. Would like to think other MSCs would take a page from this playbook, if they make an unfortunate error.
