Which Schedulers do you have set as spam?

So that means they can "abuse" us in a sense? I feel sending me 5 emails about the same shop in a 12 hour span is abuse and makes me less likely to ever complete work for that company. For the amount of spam-like emails I get from some schedulers about shops, I should charge to delete their emails.

One thing I encourage you to check, especially with Sassie postings, is if they are actually the same. Chances are, they aren't.

The way Sassie works, is shops that are all alike go in a "session" - all of them need to have the same shop form, dates, times, ad, etc. Say that you have a project that has lunch and dinner shops, and weekday and weekend shops.

It's likely that you would have to push out a session for each of:

- Weekday lunch shops
- Weekday dinner shops
- Weekend lunch shops
- Weekend dinner shops

While there are sometimes ways around this in a session, many times there's no way around it. In the case of RBG, I haven't looked at the postings but it is likely that they differ in some way such as dates or scenarios.

Now, the weekday lunch shop posting will show you ONLY the locations in that session, so in order to alert shoppers to the other types of shops and other locations, there is no way other than to either tell them to back out and check the whole job board (and most shoppers don't read that closely), or send out the other posts as well.

Sassie does have a 10 minute block on the same session being sent out in quick succession (which is nice if you are working with a lot of them and forgot which one you were on), but please know that things are not always what they seem.

I schedule a small project that is 6 shops a month in Corvalis, Oregon. Every shop is on a different day and at different times, and I have to set up 6 different sessions and send out 6 ads for those 6 shops. I realize that the shoppers probably think they are resends of the same thing, but closer inspection will reveal otherwise. I wish I had a better way to do it but unfortunately, I don't.

I hope this helps.

Some of them do change or are for different shops.. the good majority are for the same shop in different cities and the multiple emails seem like they are updates when other shoppers pick them up.

So if there are 5 car shops in BC, 2 in Ontario, 6 in AB to begin with (assume they all are for the same due dates/time) - I receive an e-mail multiple times a day to let me know that there are only 3 car shops left in BC, and 2 in AB. Kind of irritating. I like receiving the notification but I don't need an update same day. If I wanted one, I would click on the link in the e-mail which would show me that 2 car shops in BC and 2 in ON were scheduled. Otherwise, I really like the SASSIE platform more so than Shopmetrics.

darius of rsg emails are crazy. but he is the one i can call who gives me the best professional advice with his shops. i created a separate email for my secret shopper email. that helps so i can delete the other mess.
yes your right darius of rsg has a delay in shop communication. but, he gives extensions and the company pays quick and
