Maritz not responding

Has anyone had an issue with Maritz not replying to emails or voicemails? I've been trying to get a hold of anyone there regarding nonpayment from a couple shops I did in March. I've sent 4 emails and left 1 voicemail over the last few weeks and have not gotten a response.

I have had the same experiences previously. And you can pretty much forget about receiving an email response. My advice is to keep calling. They're generally a pleasure to speak with once you get them on the line.

Instead of asking for payroll when you call, ask for whatever group handles the shops you did. They will get someone from payroll on the phone for you.

I agree with jonchance; that is exactly what I would suggest. Sometimes I leave a voicemail and never hear back, but if I get a hold of someone, I'm always satisfied with the result.

If your issue is one regarding payroll, contact Helen Stone at helen.stone@maritz.com. Be sure to include your shopper ID, your phone number, the best time to call, the invoice number and the Wave ID's that are at issue. Helen will contact you, usually within a day or two.

I've never dealt with a Helen. I have always talked to Judy and I think they call the department accounting instead of payroll. I don't have a direct extension for her but if you press "0" when the recording first starts and you get a LIVE person, ask for accounting or payroll and they should transfer you. Judy works the day shift and Maritz is in the Central Time Zone. I don't think anyone from accounting works the night shift so I recommend calling during the day.

I too have delt with Helen before, very friendly and easy to get along with.

There are reasons that a body stays in motion
At the moment only demons come to mind

Ask for payroll. When you talk to payroll they are vary good and they solve the problems on the phone.
