I've wanted to do a job for them, just to check them out. But I checked out a sporting goods shop for them just the other day. Location is 5 minutes from me, and I love the store. After reading what's required for a $20 fee, and seeing that you have to purchase a minimum $5 item, I said, "WTH? All that work for $15 or less? Fugeddaboutit."
It seems like most of their shops, at least the ones that show up on my board, simply don't pay enough to make it worthwhile. They have no "food" shops in my area--at least if I did one of those, I'd get to eat on their dime!
I did have an office-supplies shop (had a tiny bonus on it, so I took it) scheduled last year with them, but had to cancel because my son was severely injured just days before the shop, and I couldn't leave him alone when he got home from the hospital. But I've never seen one come up again that paid as much as that one did.
I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
