CORI (Well expert solutions as they are called now) and my first dropped shop

I have completed 119 shops for CORI, so it says on my profile. Friday night I was supposed to shop a hardware store in a completely different area of town, 30 minute drive about to get there. I picked it up because I had a dinner shop in the same area for my family. Well, my dogs had a grooming appointment that afternoon, and it went more than an hour overtime. Well, that put me so far behind that I couldn't get to the store before it closed at 7 pm. So everybody is super stressed on the way to the dinner, hoping we can make that before the window of time closes on that as well.

So four emails to the company explaining what happened, and it is my first incompleted shop for them. Guess what? My perfect 5 score that I have had for years is now down to a 4.5.

I don't think that the score reduction will mean anything in your ability to work for them.
You are not the first shopper to report a situation where some other personal activity before a shop has run long, causing the shopper to fail to keep his/her commitment to the MSC.
I hope for less tightly scheduled days and less stress for you in the future.
it only matters if it drops below 3.0 then you cant self assign

I hear you. Not that it ultimately matters but when you've done 119 shops all at a 5 and then one flake you wouldn't think the math would drop you to 4.5. You'd think it would be like 4.999
they take a half point off the full rating for each flake, but the average will only go up
slowly now the way it should go down...

I have done about 23 shops for them, and always got a score of 5. That includes forgetting to get a receipt, not being able to read a name tag, etc. I just finished a shop where the were no problems, and my score is 4. What the heck? I emailed to ask for feedback, but got no reply.
I think I'm stuck at 4.9 forever. The first or second shop I ever did had no problems reported but they just never gave me a rating. So I assume no matter what I do, I've got a zero in the math.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
It appears CORI has lost another client. The home store with the registry requirement is now posted with another MSC.
