Confero Telephone Training

I was just assigned a couple of ff shops that require telephone training via a conference call. I have done this before with Confero but this time there was no information provided as to the number to call, etc. They only provided two call dates with times, one of which has already passed. Am I missing something? I checked both the email and the shop guidelines. I have also emailed the scheduler but have not received a reply yet.

I have still received no info on the training call and no reply from scheduler. Maybe the call info will be in the prize package that I will receive today.
Did you get the info? I received it by email from Kate, but I think there are other schedulers on the project since I have received emails from more than one.
