Marketforce and receipt submittal

I submitted a receipt 2 days ago and it is still showing up as submitted and not verified. I've done two other shops after that and they are already verified. Should I send a proactive email or just chill. It's only been 48 hours.

Just chill. As long as you submitted your report, your receipts (if applicable) and confirmed your CPI, the ball is on their court now.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!
I agree, chill. BUT, I would probably go to "view" and look at the receipts that are still pending and see if they are clear and you can read them. Can't hurt to double-check.
I just went back to check the receipt and it was verified this morning. This is what happens when you are a super type A person. =) Have a great weekend, y'all!
I've had a certain fast food shop sit there for 4 days, showing "submitted" and waiting for "verified"...... Some get verified in 5 minutes and some sit there for a few days. ....

I really think it has something to do with the particular client. Some want the reports ASAP and some might want them by end of week...smiling smiley
There is a long standing problem with long receipts not being accepted via uploading.

If it occurs to you, just fold the receipt in half before you scan it...

This has never been an issue for me. I have a legal size (8.5 × 14) flatbed scanner and have given them reciepts from a grocery shop that were the full length of the scanner. I set the resolution at 300 dpi and the scanner has a quick preview scan and built in crop tool in the scanner driver.

I've always had mine accepted within 24 hours if not 10 minutes most times.

I'm surprised I scan still use my old Microtek ScanMaker S400 Flatbed Scanner with 64 bit Windows 8.1. When I bought the scanner, Windows 98 was the standard and it was the first scanner to have a USB 2.0 interface, 4800 DPI and 35 mm negative/slide backlight.
The last driver update was for Windows Vista 64 bit.

I wound up with an extra long receipt for one shop. Cut it in half and placed the halves side by side when I scanned them. MF took the receipt that way.
The grocery guidelines clearly state in bright red and underlined...

"***NEW!! When you scan your receipt, please FOLD YOUR RECEIPT in a way that we can clearly see the TOP AND BOTTOM PORTIONS of the receipt, so we can see the date and receipt number for your purchase!! We DO NOT need to see the list of items you purchased, when you scan your receipt!!***"

I have not seen a grocery shop on their board in a while, just the pharmacy shops and two burger chains
