Is anyone else having trouble uploading images to SASSIE?

I haven't been able to upload images to various MSCs that use the SASSIE platform in the last few weeks. I can open up the separate window but clicking on the "upload" button does nothing for me. Does anyone else have an issue?

I have had shops with several Sassie companies and had no difficulty with uploading jpg receipts. Are you having problems with multiple Sassie MSCs or is it just one particular company?
I had an issue Wednesday night. I emailed the scanned documents to the scheduler, but I couldn't complete the shop. Thursday morning everything uploaded smoothly.

Misanthrope, what browser are you using? My fave is Chrome, but I've found that some of the MSC's websites are finicky at times with Chrome. When I switch to IE, things function just fine. Maybe that might help??? It's worth a try anyway.
AustinMom, then maybe try Chrome or FireFox instead??? That was the solution for my full-time job's payroll and scheduling website. Again, it's worth a try, only takes a sec and might save some frustration.

Then again, maybe they're really having serious website issues...
I have had problems with some Sassie shops using Firefox. When I do, I switch to IE or Chrome andit works. This appears to be a new "feature" of either the Sassie platform or one of the many Firefox updates.

I guess it could be the file size, but it seems surprising that it would be browser dependent if it is the file size.

I found the problem. For some reason the window to select my image file was underneath the main browser window (firefox, for those interested) rather than the intuitive tradition of popping up on top.
I had that problem for ages. I could do the report on Chrome but would have to reopen it in IE to do the photos. Then I updated Flashplayer or something and all of a sudden I can upload pictures through Chrome.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
