After being accepted to do a shop, the scheduler sent an email to me with links to the websites containing the report forms. This shop requires that I evaluate the same cosmetic counters in two separate large department stores located in the mall. The problems are: (1) I cannot print the report forms and (2) I cannot save the changes to the reports. After the second time of attempting to saving the changes to the report, I called the scheduler and left a voicemail. I also sent an email to the scheduler and received an "out of office" email, letting me know that she had gone home for the day and will return to the office tomorrow. I have two of these shops tomorrow, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. On Saturday, I have to evaluate three of the same cosmetic counters in three department stores. Apparently, the original shopper flaked, so I was able to negotiate nice bonuses for each shop.
