GAPbuster -- has their track record improved?

If you look back at some of the threads over the last couple of years the payment issues have been rampant. I have always been paid and been paid on time. However, my last assignment for them was September 2013 and involved no out of pocket expense. At this point I would be disinclined to take any shop involving travel or a reimbursed purchase.

So far there has been a bit of trouble reporting, on their system, but the scheduler is very communicative and answers my emails almost immediately (depending on what time it is in foreign country) and has even called me to straighten things out numerous times. He said they are going to be paying faster, too. We shall see.
