Second to None down for maintenance

Just tried to get into S2N and got a message that the site is down for maintenance. Does anyone know if this was scheduled maintenance. Was there an advance warning, or did something break on the site?

I'm just wondering how long it might be down.

I just finished submitting a sandwich shop on the new site. It's prettier and I like that you can acess all of your 1099 info going back years. I just wish they had reprogramed it so that you don't have to continually put in N/A for all of the comment boxes where the answer is yes. It seems like all they'd need to do is put an "if then" line of code in there to bypass the comment box if the answer is yes.
I had to go and look. It sure is different. I'm not sure how I feel about it. I guess I'll know when I have a shop to do for them, which is rare.
Their upgraded site is pretty, but it could be a whole lot more functional. In early October, I emailed a Help Desk guy named Dave with a list of features that would make shop reporting easier. I didn't realize at the time that they were about to roll out a new design.

My suggestions were:

Add "Back" and "Next" buttons to the top of every page. It's time consuming to have to scroll to the bottom of every page.

Number the pages and provide links at the top and bottom of every page, similar to the "Find Shops" page. Put the numbered links at the top of the "Find Shops" page, too.

Include a "Save" button on every page.

Add an optional "Receipt Upload Link" on the "File Shop Reports" or "Finalize Shops" pages. This would be HUGE!!!

Change the "Site Maintenance" time to 3 or 4 am, not "11:30 PM EST."

The last one is my personal pet peeve. It screws up my evenings on a regular basis. Like right now, actually. I usually file reports between 10:30pm and midnight.
Well, that explains it. Yesterday, I tried to upload photos FiIVE times for my shop and they wouldn't upload. I finally submitted my report and then sent them an email explaining the problem. I haven't heard back so let's see if they pay me.

You can probably still upload your photos. That shop might actually be in limbo or there might be an error message linked to it. I'm finishing a shop from yesterday right now because the system kicked me out during site maintenance.
Thanks Mcreader, I emailed again and they immediately responded and asked me to send the photos via email. There is no link on the completed assignment to upload or make changes.
