Their upgraded site is pretty, but it could be a whole lot more functional. In early October, I emailed a Help Desk guy named Dave with a list of features that would make shop reporting easier. I didn't realize at the time that they were about to roll out a new design.
My suggestions were:
Add "Back" and "Next" buttons to the top of every page. It's time consuming to have to scroll to the bottom of every page.
Number the pages and provide links at the top and bottom of every page, similar to the "Find Shops" page. Put the numbered links at the top of the "Find Shops" page, too.
Include a "Save" button on every page.
Add an optional "Receipt Upload Link" on the "File Shop Reports" or "Finalize Shops" pages. This would be HUGE!!!
Change the "Site Maintenance" time to 3 or 4 am, not "11:30 PM EST."
The last one is my personal pet peeve. It screws up my evenings on a regular basis. Like right now, actually. I usually file reports between 10:30pm and midnight.
