BestMark site down?

Trying to log on to enter an assignment but receiving Server Error 403 Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Is the system down or did I get locked out?? lol.

I also got the same message. I've been trying to fill out the report with different PC and I also try to use my smartphone. It shown "You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied."
