Is anyone else having trouble submitting reports for the new Credit Card In Branch only shops? Basically it is the second half of the old Combo shops but if their infinite wisdom, they used the same form as the Combo even though there is no phone call and mailing of materials. I had to call on three different days to try to get the issue resolved. It was clearly an IT issue but they say that they don't have an IT department. Ya right!
I have a lot more to say on the issue but they have already wasted enough of my time. Was just curious if others ran into this situation and what were they told? The schedulers never have a clue. They are not even familiar with the actual reports.
