Trouble Reporting at Sinclair

Anyone besides me having difficulty getting photos to upload, and consequently reports to go through, at Sinclair tonight? Tried IE and Chrome, and nothing is getting the photo to upload. I have two Sinclair reports due.

I am having the same problem. Can't get the receipt to upload from my laptop or my iPad. So frustrating. I'm giving up now since I know it's not a problem on my end.
Thanks. Mine has a photo within the report, so I can't get past it to even submit the reports. I've emailed and called. Will hopefully hear back in the morning.
I had the same problem tonight. However within the report there were directions to email the photos to a specific person at Sinclair. I was able to submit the report without the photos and then emailed them to the contact at Sinclair.

Our system had issues over the weekend! Sorry guys! A server reboot this morning fixed it. If you ever have trouble with uploads, you can always email them to your scheduler. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for shopping with us!
I have had some trouble with this company. I tried Mozilla and that seemed to be the best browser for uploading pics. Their site is tricky and they send back shops routinely when the website said the shop was completed. Very frustrating.
It seems like there is a problem again uploading pics.
I know how to do it, have it in the right format, the right size...
I emailed them to the account manager, but I'm afraid I'm going
to be marked off for continuing to bother them??
They won't let me login. I go straight to the pay site and when I try to go to home or shops, it tells me I am not logged in and that I should try to login again. This just goes on and on and I can't get in the website. This is a bummer because I like shopping for them.
Yes...still a problem for several weeks now for me.
I go through the tedious task of trying to upload a photo, only for nothing to happen.
It's the right size, the right format, everything right.
Frustrating, but the person managing the shop at Sinclair always has been helpful to upload it.
Not sure what the problem is, or if they're working on it...
