cirrus marketing why no shop grades!!

So I have done around 10 apartment shops for this company, but its the literallyntge the only one who never sends me grades or feedback on my evaluations. On top of that It always stays as completed how do I even know the account managers are even looking at these?? Anyone else have these issues?

I don't shop for them so can't answer that. But it brings up another question. Am I the only one that absolutely NEVER looks at report scores? I couldn't care less to be honest.

I shop for about 40 companies. I think maybe six send me feedback after each job. i save them in a folder. I can't even tell you who they are without looking in the folder because i really don't care. I only save them in case I ever feel like a loser someday, I can read all those glowing reviews and know someone loves me... ha ha.

This is largely a "no news is good news" sort of thing. If you got paid, you did okay. Don't worry about the grades and don't expect a lot of feedback.

Time to build a bigger bridge.

So you're saying you look at them a lot? winking smiley

As long as you're getting paid, how is this an issue?

Hi, taluh, welcome to the forum. Every MSC operates in a different way, and many do not give grades. Even fewer give relevant feedback. Keep in mind that the MSCs are our customers (many new shoppers believe we are the customer of the MSCs that we work with).

I also care very little for grades - I'm only interested in getting paid and continuing to get the assignments I want.
nah I don't really care about the grade itself just want to make sure im going to get paid. Ive read this company has issues with paying people on time. Im new to this whole thing so thats why I'm asking what you may call an ignorant question winking smiley
Did a job for them in October. Payment was supposed to be in January but they are stalling me ("you will get paid within 72 hours" - that was 10 days ago) - etc. I don't expect to see the money. Stay away from this company!
I think they graded shops I did for them back in November, but I'm not holding my breath about them paying me at the end of this month.

It's too bad they take forever to pay; I love apartment shops.

You haven't offended anyone! We're here to help eachother out smiling smiley. Welcome to shopping! And now you have more info that you can use to make a decision about whether you want to keep Cirrus on your list of companies to work for.

I've done several shops for this company, may not do any more. I record ALL of my Mystery Shops. I have a small voice recorder in my shirt pocket. The last few shops I've done for this company, they said I wasn't getting paid. They said, I didn't ask the right questions or I asked too many question. They don't have a recording of the shop. How do they know what I did or did not say? I just sent them an e-mail, telling them I record all of my shops and to explain what I said during the shops. Tell me what I did or did not say.

Stay way from this company.

Lisa, why this statement?

I'm a newbie and did a shop for them in December. oh no, it was my highest fee shop and spent way more time than I should have, but wanted to do an exceptional job. Now to read I may not get paid, it's disappointing to read. Don't know which bothers me more - not getting paid or all the hours spent on the shop!
We all learn the good companies from the bad. This was one of my worst mistakes. I did 4 shops for them. I don't expect to get paid for any of them. I understand the first shop I did was wrong, but even in that they lied. They said I told the agent I wasn't moving in until November. That is a lie. The shop was done in January. I never said anything about November. I told the agent in about 3 weeks.
Walesmaven offered an explanation on audio recording and one versus two party consent states. If you are in a two party consent state you committed a crime by recording the shop and have now made the MSC aware of the crime.

Audio recording laws have nothing to do with the device. It is just as illegal to record on a DVR as a phone.

Lisa, who said anything about a DVR? I'm recording public conversations, about public information. There's nothing private about these conversations.
You are attempting to spread misinformation across several threads now. Once again, you were not in a public space. You really need to familiarize yourself with the laws and learn the definitions of public versus private. Businesses are privately owned and may or may not be open to the public. Being open to the public does not change them to a public domain. It is the reason a business can put restrictions on who enters as long as it does not violate state or federal discrimination laws.

Lisa, I quoted the law, did not spread any misinformation. By they way, I only mentioned this on one thread, not several.
You quoted a law and then misinterpreted the law. And if this is the only thread, why were both me and walesmaven addressing you on another thread,

And you said you use a DVR, digital voice recorder.

I've now deactivated my account with Cirrus360. They've lied several times on my reviews. They don't explain what you did or did not say, to get a bad review. They just tell you, you asked too many questions or you didn't ask the right questions.
I just signed-up with them last month and accepted an apartment shop for $20. $20 less than what another company pays but I need the money. Now that I see it takes 3-4 months to get paid I'm thinking of cancelling the shop. Invoicing them is not a problem with me but I feel that is an unacceptable amount of time for payment. So disalppointing, they are giving MS'ing a bad name. Glad their aren't many companies out there like them.
