Sutter Marketing payments?

Anyone know when sutter marketing pays? I cant seem to figure that out or find their FAQ's on the website. Thanks!

I've never worked for them so don't have anything constructive to add, as usual, however when someone gives an answer it should be added to the sticky when do companies pay thread.

I found this thread from last May which makes it seem 60 days would be the norm. Another place to look for payment terms is in the ICA. Some list the terms there and I kind of like it when they do since it is part of the overall contract.

Have only done one shop for them. Done it on 17th of Nov last year they paid Jan 15th this year. Plan on two months.

oh my goodness! Im fairly new to mystery shopping, but that seems like a long time. Are there a lot of companies that are 60+ days?

One month is fast. 60 days is pretty common. There are a few which are longer. Also common is the last day of the month after you complete the shop. Once you get to steady state, money comes in every month (not always the same day for each MSC, of course). It only seems like a long time for the first month or two, especially for money you actually spend and will be reimbursed.
