I did a shop for Intelli at (facility's name) Assisted Living. I got a score of 6 on it. I was in the middle of having some family issues going on at that time. The shop was done on 3/6. Three days ago I got a call from someone at the company who needed more details . We spoke twice. This morning, he sent me a email saying that the customer does not think that I was really there because I cannot recall things such as the color of the rug or whether the dining room had round or square tables. He wanted me to call him again today. I was in court all day today. I sent him a email telling him that. Well, I just got a email stating that due to the customer not believing that I really went there I am not getting paid.
I am really upset. I asked this guy where I would have gotten the business card as well as ll of the other brochures I had scanned in.
Do I have any recourse or do I just have to take it?
