Hello, I submitted a profile a few weeks ago to this company and have not heard back. Does anyone know if it takes a while, or does this mean I have not been accepted for some reason?

Being accepted should not be a problem. Take mrcomputer's advice and Call - they like phone calls.
That just isn't true. Have you tried calling them?

Seriously? How many MSC's do you know of where the phone is answered at nearly all hours by someone who you can fully understand and will actually be able to help you or find someone who can within a few hours?

I love Maritz and they always call me back when I've needed clarification or to ask for additional incentives. They do like phone calls.
For the most part Maritz is good at communicating on the phone, but when they get busy their phone support suffers. There have been a few times when I've had a queston in the middle of a debriefing and 'no one is available to take my call'. I leave a message. Usually I call back an hour or so later and get through, then get the return call the next day.

calling is NOT always a good option, I am awaiting a call back from yesterday bec they are all busy....I can't sit and wait around for a call when they feel like it.

I did and am still awaiting my call.....since they outsourced to Kern, things are just not that great......
There are (increasingly) many times when you call Maritz, press whatever extension you want, and soon after, that recorded male voice comes on that you instantly recognize as the "I ain't getting a hold of anyone at this company today."

That can also mean that the schedulers on the team you are calling are on the phone and can't answer. Sometimes a call back in a few minutes goes through. Sometimes not.
If you get that recording on one team, in my experience, you get it on all teams. But ya, sometimes calling back in a few mins works.
