That anti-Chipotle campaign is stupid. That group would be better off campaigning against McDonald's.

I totally get your point, although a Chipotle burrito (as they make it) has about 1,000 calories. Crazy, right? Going to Chipotle....to get a big butt....

Not so crazy. I only eat half and eat the rest at home for tomorrow's lunch or dinner. So if the burrito is fully loaded there would be two satisfying 500 calorie meals. Skip the sour cream and/or cheese and it's even less.

If they decrease the size, I could only imagine the @#$%& that would follow about Chipotle being "overpriced."

Very infrequently shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado these days.
This month the knowledge question is about gluten. So far every location I've done has answered incorrectly. Has this happened to anyone else?
I did a shop the other day and watch them make a Barito that was so big that they couldn't wrap the tortilla around it at the end - they ended up putting half of it in a bowl! It was all I could do to not laugh out loud. That was a 2000 cal burrito!

I'm surprised there is any confusion over whether a drink is required or not. Each shop has guidelines that clearly state what needs to be purchased. This is stated with each email assignment and also on the website. In my area of California, a paid drink has not been required for as long as I have been a shopper; nearly five years.

Me too. I have been doing Chipotle for about 4 years. I remember one month where I had to order a chicken Quesadilla and I should have declined that month, another month where I needed to order salsa but the other 4 years of so were just an entree and a bag of chips. As for calories, the tortilla has more calories than you would imagine...I always get mine on the side of my bowl and then take it home and use it the next day or two. Like others said to make it healthy, no tortilla, no dressing as there is plenty of low cal salsa, no sour cream, light on the cheese too and if you can do it no guac. They will always spoon on extra beans and veggies and salsa if you ask for free where I live.

What's a barito? Is that a typo or a secremt menu item like the quesa-rito?

Damn phone! Burrito! No secret foods here.

Never trust spell-check, and never trust your phone to spell for you. You're better off just turning the auto-fill/auto-correct feature off.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
