It looks to be a company that does scheduling for a bunch of other companies?? Let me know. Thank you!! Bus. Eval used to do cell phone shops years ago....apparently they are no longer around?
Isecretshop is a mystery shopping platform, like Sassie, Prophet, ClientsSmart. Several companies use the isecretshop platform. Business Evaluation Services is one of the companies that uses isecretshop.
I like their platform and find it easy to use. Others have called it cheesy or clunky. Personal preference, I guess. One benefit to signing up with them is that you may find out about companies you didn't know existed or shops that you had no idea company X did.
I like that you can see the shops in your area from multiple MSCs without going through an application process for each MSC. The reporting was a bit clunkier than I was hoping. It has an app for iPhone/iPad which is decent.
