Mystery Researchers/Beyond Hello - Jumped the Shark?

In specific I'm frustrated with this company TWICE now trying to squeak through without appropriate payment. The first time they didn't give credit for a bonus on the chart. I e-mailed them and it was taken care of. Now I have a shop where they aren't crediting the reimbursement and the help contact after multiple emails won't respond.
When I call them to leave a message their message box is always full!

Since the merger this company also put up a bunch of Fast Food audits, people would apply...and then after a few days while always on the board they just disappear.

Their compensation for a shop previously done by another MSC is low enough you can't even due it within appropriate reimbursement if you want a drink.

As I had a good experience with Beyond Hello on all occasions before my belief is this is Mystery Researchers coming in and botching everything up. This company is now on thin ice with me... I'm not amused.

Still, not replying to emails, being unable to leave messages because it's full, the previous experience with having to discuss with them one missing, the reimbursements lacking on one shop (lunch) and the fast food audit still holds true. So, bleh. But, thanks for pointing that out. I didn't notice it before.

It's funny that you posted this today. Just today I emailed a scheduler lady there because I had just done a dine in food shop for them and when I looked at the completed shop log it only listed the shop fee and not the agreed upon amount for the reimbursement. I emailed her and she told me that the reimbursements do not show up because of tax reasons or something like that. I think it' odd, because the other companies do not do it that way. I understand why you are apprehensive about that, because I was too! It was my first shop with them, and I have another scheduled tonight. I am ok with it as long as I do get the reimbursement amount.

I just checked my shop log and I got reimbursed for my food purchase along with all shop fees. I guess they like me better than you guys,

Not me, yet! I guess they do!

If there's a problem with my pay I'll just close my account with them. More shops for you guys! Had enough.

Have any of you been paid from Beyond Hello in September yet? According to my Shop Log it says I was paid on 9/15 but I didn't actually receive any funds. My payment last month went through fine and on the day it said in the log. Figured I'd see if this was just a problem for me or if it is more widespread before I start bugging them.

If it's via PayPal it would say "Mystery Researchers" now. Be sure to double check. Not sure what timetable is like if you get paid by some other means.

I was paid via PayPal on September 15th. As Rasky pointed out, the payment came from "Mystery Researchers" which is the company which bought Beyond Hello, and then decided to use Beyond Hello as the surviving name, but not for payments.

Why do they (the merged MSC) have to make things so difficult? Three companies merged into one, being paid by one name but getting assignments and submitting reports under another name. Just create a brand new name and cut ties with the past. This isn't brain surgery.

Yep, the payment from Mystery Researchers threw me for a loop at first. Mine also posted yesterday.

Thanks for the quick replies. I noticed when I received my Paypal payment last month that it was from Mystery Researchers but nothing from any of the three Sybil personalities so far this month and no payments that I can't tie to other companies.
I am pretty new to mystery shopping and this is the first payment I have to chase down.

They are not MY three MSCs. There were three different companies that were merged with one main company. Probably before your time.

As far as payments, are you keeping an Excel spreadsheet or some sort of database to track everything? There is a sample one under the New Members section.

Oh yes, I meant the multiple personality reference Sybil not anyone here! And as it turns out as I was in the middle of fillling out the contact form on their site and I get the email notifying me of my payment in my Paypal account. Don't know why it was delayed just glad to avoid the hassle of chasing down my payment.

The only multiple-personality here is the MP troll who likes to rear his ugly head at times. As I have explained before, I am named after my dear grandmother who is still hanging in there.
