Intellishop Payment Issue

Hello All. I performed a shop for Intellishop back in May and have not been paid. According to the scheduler, I was paid. I know I have not as it is not showing as paid on the shop log and I have a spreadsheet that tracks when payment comes in. The scheduler stopped answering e-mails and I cannot get any response back with the Help/Contact part of the shop. I have tried contacting via their website to no avail. Any suggestions to get in contact with them?

Hi, skyhighpilot, I also keep a spreadsheet that tracks when payment comes in. Speaking from experience, there have been a couple of times when I have forgotten to note receipt of a PayPal payment on my spreadsheet. I'm almost 100% good about updating the spreadsheet when I receive a check, but a few PayPal deposits sometimes slip past me. If the Shop Log of a company has a payment date, I always make the assumption that I *might* have forgotten to update my spreadsheet and I double-check my PayPal account for payments before asking the MSC. I so far have never had a payment issue with Intellishop.

Having double-checked to be sure I did not make a mistake, I would contact this person at Intellishop. She has been very responsive to me in the past.

AustinMom implied it, but did not say directly, that Intellishop pays via Paypal. So you can check there in addition to your own spreadaheet. Also, check your profile to make sure that the email you have on file is your paypal email.

VERY good suggestion. skyhighpilot, is this the first time you have been paid by Intellishop? In addition to checking to be sure the e-mail you have on file is the PayPal address you are using (Intellishop requires that your e-mail and your PayPal address match), be sure you entered the PayPal address correctly. It may have been paid to the wrong PayPal address.
Go into your Paypal and check your history. Your payment email may have "thought" to be sent through them but anything can happen with emails. What does your Paypal history say?
Thanks all. I have been working for Intellishop for quite a while now and know they pay. This is the first instance I've had a payment issue. I've double checked my spread sheet with Paypal. I'm going to give Sara Peterson a call. Thank you again!
