How does Ardent pay? Do they pay every month?

I recently did my first burrito shop for them. Do they pay via Paypal, or Direct Deposit?

I am not sure if other payment options are available. I receive a direct deposit each month around the same time. For September it was the 18th.
I think they require direct deposit. I am paid just as renee is. Payment shows up in my bank account like clockwork each month. Did they not have you fill out the direct deposit paperwork when they collected your SS#, etc? They did all my paperwork at the same time, immediately following the training, before I was assigned to my first shop.
Thanks. Now that I think about it, I did have to fill out a direct deposit slip with a copy of a voided check.
They pay by the 22nd of the month following your shop (so if you do a shop on Oct. 5, you'll be paid by Nov. 22). I've noticed that if the 22nd falls on a weekend, I usually get the deposit in my account before that. You never have to chase this company for payment!

I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
They pay every month. However, i had to chase payment every single month. I was not paid on time a single month. Once I would contact them over non-payment, they would pay within one or two days. I finally gave up and quit working for them.

That is so odd, whiterosie.... One of the things I always hear people say about Ardent is one can count on being paid and being paid on time. I wonder if their payment system is sporadically glitchy or something. Or maybe different parts of the company are handled by different payroll staff. I've been shopping for them for about 2 1/2 years, and have never had a late or missing payment.

I have been shopping for them monthly for a year and a half for them and they have always been spot on for payment!
Their payment policy's given to you upfront before and during your required training session.

I've been shopping for them for about 8 years and never once had a late payment. The payments show up around the 20th of every month direct deposited in my bank account.
Payment is by direct deposit on or before the 20th of the month for the prior month's shops. Since 2009 it has been like clockwork every month.

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut

Perhaps you were confused about their payment policies? I've never even been a day late (I think officially their date is the 25th?) and usually it's a week or so early.

Examples please? I find this pretty difficult to believe......

Either whiterosie is thinking of another MSC or perhaps did not have a direct deposit set up and was paid by check? It's also hard to imagine that anyone had to chase payment with Ardent. No one else has mentioned anything like that.
