I am going to make my own assumption that the "pull it sooner" refers to shops that are done on the last possible day available for that particular shop to be done and perhaps if your shop is the only one still not in it will be pulled. This is the only way this idea makes sense to me from their point of view but it still does not make any sense to burden the shopper with the possibility that a shop will be pulled even though the shopper did everything right so far. I will not be taking and doing MF shops using that assumption of mine but can only hope that MF will make some of these rules clear to all of us in the next few days or weeks. Until then I doubt I personally will take any of their shops unless the fee is great and I can arrange to do the shop near to somewhere I can submit it without any other sacrifices on my time or travel.... I will certainly not be going home or out of my way quickly to enter a shop where the fee is $5.
