HELP -- Bestmark Reports...

Doing a Bestmark report and after filling out the first page with basic shop data (date, time, etc.) I used the save button to save my work before moving on to the next section. Then, I clicked the arrow button to move to the next section and the website moves to the next section, but no content is showing up?? Anyone else having problems with Bestmark reports this evening?

This is my first report for them...do I have to select 'submit' after each mini section in order to see the next section's content? I think of submit as the final thing to do when the shop report is completed and don't wnat to hit submit too soon...

Kind of at a loss here...any Bestmark vets willing to lend a hand?!

Its been a while since I have done a BestMark shop but from what I remember I do not recall having to submit anytime other that at the end of the report.
Thank you...hitting submit just didn't seem like the right button to select either. The right and left arrows within the report seem to be the logical choice, but the form just isn't showing up with any data fields.

I sent Bestmark an email, so hopefully someone is monitoring their email accounts over the weekend. Come 10 AM in the morning, my report is late...sad smiley

I was hoping it was just my inexperience with their reporting system and I was simply overlooking something.

I'm not working with Bestmark reports, but I suggest getting out of the report completely and then going back in. Maybe that will work. If that doesn't work, I'd leave the website and then go back in.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.
Tried exiting and re-entering. Also tried logging all the way off and back on again...both no joy (just tried it a second time at your suggestion and still no change).

I tried using different user-agents to emulate every major browser in the market, but it didn't change anything. I haven't tried a different machine yet, but will try that next.

Tried two different machines and no luck -- same problem. I would really like to get this report knocked out tonight, but I guess I'll have to wait to hear back from someone at Bestmark. I have a full day scheduled for tomorrow and really don't have the time to allow today's stuff to creep into tomorrow. Oh well, somehow it will all get done...

Just wanted to close this thread down as the tech glitch with the report has been cleared and the reporting system is working fine this morning. The Bestmark staff responded quickly this morning, on a Saturday, and while I may never know what the tech issue was, at least I know it wasn't something I was doing wrong.

A big thanks for the posters who tried to help -- I really appreciated it!

I had the problem a couple of times when I worked with them. What I did back then and do now if you don't do is always do your report in Word and then copy and paste. It can be cumbersome but when you have done a report and something goes quarky with a website you will be happy with the end result
I save my work when submitting, just in case, and then use the "next" arrow button. works fine for me.
