Maritz Photos

For some reason photos I have uploaded to Maritz reports are coming up missing after the reports are submitted. I check my shops the day after I do them to make sure nothing is on hold, and three shops so far have been missing uploaded photos.
Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, not with regularity but every now and then. Nothing lately. It seems to come in spurts for me. I'll go for months with no problems and then in a matter of two to three weeks I'll have "holds" wanting pics that didn't transmit.

I have been having this problem as well. Then you get an email ssying you are missing info and the shop is on hold and overdue.
I haven't gotten any emails yet, I check the next day for holds. The ones I am missing are 3 main photos for the shop that get uploaded before the report.
I don't load anything prior to the report. I load photos only on the summary photo form that comes up after I submit the report data.

In another thread, shoppers were complaining about overzealous new editors for a certain Maritz GS client. Could it be that the OP's photos are being deleted by one of these newbies, and the reason for their rejection is not being communicated?
I caught a new editor doing just that a few weeks ago. Has not happened since I complained.

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
I have had this happen and it is driving me nuts! I am also tired of the shops getting returned for photo issues I have never had in the past!! I have uploaded a bank sheet 4 times now. I am about to call and complain.
I have had a few I had to redo. If you call the 800 number though the team will help you and walk you through any issues. They always answer the phone, and they are genuinely sweet and helpful.
