Intellishop

Now I know exactly what you guys are talking about regarding their critiquing of our reports, etc. OMG. What a joke. I had a situation last weekend where I needed to be let back in to a report to make sure I uploaded the correct receipt, etc. I admit, that it was my fault that I needed to go back into the report. I was just making sure I did not make a big mistake. The scheduler was very nice, let me back in, etc. Then they knocked me off one point because my report was "late". My report was never late. I submitted it on time, but when the scheduler let me back in, it was the next day, therefore in their eyes making it "late". I emailed the scheduler asking about this and she said she would look into it and of course never got back to me. Go figure. What a company! In the meantime, they critiqued my other reports giving me a 10 on one, and a 9 on two others telling me I met the minimum requirements only and they were not very long narratives. I did in fact type narratives exactly as things happened. How long should a narrative be for an 8 minute required convenience store shop? Just shaking my head. They seem to look for anything so that they can knock you down a point. Thanks for letting me vent.

I think a lot of people on this forum have vented about Intellishop. As long as I get paid, they can give me all the 9's they want, but I agree it is frustrating to get points deducted, especially when it's not your fault.
And yet I notice they can't seem to fix their own mistakes in a timely fashion! A certain big box store shop has been posted for several days, but no one can sign up because the "stickies" list out-of-date schedules for the target employees. I emailed them asking about this, so they dropped the pay on the locations I asked about, but never fixed the problem (some to as low as $0.00). What is a shopper to do?
I couldn't even see a way to send the email to get current dates. "Help" just told me that it was unavailable.

However, I must have good luck getting my editors. I have never been "dinged" (yet!), and my shops have been graded within the hour recently.

Still, I'd like the updated info about that big box shop!
Plenty of cause for many to vent with this MSC, but I've got to commend them tonight on a 32 minute turnaround from report submitted to score received, complete with very pleasant comments.
I guess I haven't done enough work for them yet to get frustrated with the editors. Also, I keep it in perspective with understanding that they are a lot harder on grading reports than other MSC's seem to be. I'm perfectly fine with a 9 from them.

I can set my ego aside when it comes to their grade as long as they continue to let me take the heavily bonused new car shops, and keep paying me on time. :-)

I used to see a life coach pretty regularly.... back when they were called bartenders.
I like them for the most part. I can live with a 9. I have got a 10 several times. My @#$%& is about no shop fees for a shop. I have to drive 40 yo 50 miles to shop. I think it should pay something.

If it's the convenience store shops located in the mountain region, they look for a specific style of writing:

1. Your interactions with the associates from the entrance, while browsing the sales floor and at the cashier.
2. Cleanliness and maintenance of the sales floor, restroom, parking lot and fuel pump area.
3. How your visit compares to other convenience store visits.

So, try to not get offended if you received comments about your narrative not being long enough.

Don't stress about points deducted; you're venting over nothing and I'll tell you right now that you being able to provide acceptable reports for them matter MORE than your score. I guarantee it... Anything 7 or higher will grab you any of the shops they offer. The more you do, the more the 7's and 8's won't matter as you average will stay at a healthy 9.
