Now I know exactly what you guys are talking about regarding their critiquing of our reports, etc. OMG. What a joke. I had a situation last weekend where I needed to be let back in to a report to make sure I uploaded the correct receipt, etc. I admit, that it was my fault that I needed to go back into the report. I was just making sure I did not make a big mistake. The scheduler was very nice, let me back in, etc. Then they knocked me off one point because my report was "late". My report was never late. I submitted it on time, but when the scheduler let me back in, it was the next day, therefore in their eyes making it "late". I emailed the scheduler asking about this and she said she would look into it and of course never got back to me. Go figure. What a company! In the meantime, they critiqued my other reports giving me a 10 on one, and a 9 on two others telling me I met the minimum requirements only and they were not very long narratives. I did in fact type narratives exactly as things happened. How long should a narrative be for an 8 minute required convenience store shop? Just shaking my head. They seem to look for anything so that they can knock you down a point. Thanks for letting me vent.
