I got paid for my Nivember shops this week too. No issues-pay was right. I just wish they had more shops in my area I was interested in doing.....

Lots more coming! Ipsos has landed a very large electronics store project for 2016.

I agree with you...unfortunately, IPSOS does not respond to certified letters, emails, or phone calls. Shoppers are left to use you (problematic, as you said above), or beg, or hire a lawyer.
At this point, I am just as concerned about never receiving payment for previous shops as the current (Package delivery) shops.
Shoppers are, by our nature and by our position, already "out in the cold"...it is companies like IPSOS that make it even more so.
I still have not received payment for my October shops. Payment for November shops has not arrived yet, either. I have had no further contact with IPSOS or the scheduler after being told two weeks ago that I should receive payment the following week.
I got paid for a few shops I did the first week of November, but not the shops I did the last week of October. I emailed the owner of Summit this week and she sent my email and CC'd me to the appropriate person. I got paid the next day. I don't know why the payment wasn't received in the first place, but I'm happy that I got paid the day after I initially emailed the owner of Summit about the problem.
It's one thing to let people know how much you like and appreciate a company but it's another to taunt people who haven't had the same experience. I've read 3-4 complaints in here on missing payments. No one should be trying to silence those people who are having issues with payments from any company. Several companies have gone down the tubes in the same manner. They pay a few loudmouths and then don't pay a few other folks. I have no idea what is happening with this company but no one should try to quash anyone else's experience. Just because you got paid in a timely fashion has no relevance to someone else who hasn't been paid for whatever reason.
Yes, those who are having problems getting paid by and MSC must be heard and, unless their problems are clearly of their own making, supported. Just because one poster's post sounds highly improbable, we all need to remember that this does not discredit all, or even any, of the others. I have encountered really nutty editor comments from IPSOS on occasion, as well as false promises for pay and reimbursement of nearly $1000 in required purchases, to the point where I had to get help to get the attention of a very high official of the company in order to get action. So I find it quite plausible that there are a lot of valid claims of late pay, poor communication and just plain unresponsiveness from IPSOS. I got paid, but there was no apology or explanation for the problems.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I got paid for the shops that I did in October. The slow pay is more understandable than the non communication. When shops that have been assigned disappear from your board, the day you planned to perform them, it is a waste of my time. I did attempt to contact with the link provided many times in this thread and I got zero response. Even though the shops were easy the MSC is on my 10 foot pole. I just cannot deal with the frustration. I understand when shops have to be cancelled for various reasons but that still needs to be communicated to the shopper - not just have shops disappear with no explanation.
I wish they would add pay schedule information on their FAQs or on the website. My pay history invoice was created 12/7/15 but no money has been deposited into my paypal account yet and im not sure when im supposed to be paid for shops completed in November.
Amberluv, the payment information is listed in the mystery shoppers agreement located on their website.

so it pays to be a loudmouth. another goal for 2016.
I've gotten paid for all of the Ipsos shops I've completed (and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of the deposit, as I had lost count of how many I had done), but can understand how some shoppes could be having a problem. There are multiple dozens of Ipsos shops in my area each month. I assume that's the case in the rest of the country, too. With that many transactions going on it's inevitable that some will fall through the cracks.

yep, & also through the cracks, too

I would be happy to look into these if you can email me with specifics. This is definitely never the goal. I will say that the ones I have researched for other shoppers were not shops that were assigned to them, they were on the "applications" tab and those shoppers took that as assignments. If this isn't the case with yours (especially if you actually got assignment emails for them), I would love to know so I can rectify it. info@summitscheduling.com

OMG I just waited an entire TWO MINUTES for an email reply from the owner of Summit Scheduling.
LOL. I can't beat that. Well, I guess I could have called, but 2 minutes is pretty darn good.
I was paid for both my October and November shops today. The delay appeared to be an error in the email address for the Paypal payment. I have been getting daily (sometimes more than one a day - sometimes less) job offering emails for the last three months, so I know my address is correct. Wish I had gotten an answer sooner, but thankful to have it taken care of before Christmas.

maybe the paypal address was incorrect which has nothing to do with your address with the scheduling company?
I'd love to work with Summit Scheduling & Ipsos, provided that I can get correspondence of any kind for my inquiries. I've tried two difference schedulers (one within this forum) as well as the owner of Summit Scheduling + their IT admin for password help on their website, yet no response. ****sigh****

Let's be fair, your email to me came yesterday at 4:45 PM. I am responding to it now.

I emailed Judith at Summit and had a response in less than two hours. She contacted IPSOS and I had a response from them a day later. Got paid for one job later than expected but paid for the other three earlier than expected. Thank you Judith! The fast response is appreciated.
I received a response from Judith the following day, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Judith! There is another scheduler active on this forum that responded to me within minutes of sending an IM (thanks, Celeste cool smiley. I heard from the original scheduler a couple of days later.

Sorry for the delay, I took a day off last week (unexpectedly) because my grown daughter came to town. I don't get to see her much and we had some much needed quality time.

Summit Scheduling responded to me in this forum, which was nice. But, their response does NOT carry any weight with IPSOS in regard to payment. It may be a deciding factor, but IPSOS cuts the checks, not the scheduler.

In any case, my emails and letters (one certified) to IPSOS, and my private off-line communications to members of their executive team have gone unanswered. I have made these communications over the last two and a half months (not just last week!). To tell the truth, it is simply not worth any more of my time to try to extricate about $50 in reimbursable expenses and about $100 in fees from IPSOS. THEY elected to not respond to me or my valid claims, and I, in turn, can elect to speak poorly of them. And...just an aside, does anyone else think it is strange when a scheduling company is tasked with all of these payment complaints/ communication for IPSOS, and then one has to wait for either that response or payment....which can be either a day weeks, months, or never....hmmmm....
Good for you because I have not been paid. And this is not a new screen name.

For all the naysayers, whiners, doom-mongers and general buzz-killers out there, this morning (1 week or so early) I received the following email from PayPal...

"Just thought you'd like to know Ipsos Interactive Services sent you $xxx USD.

Note from sender, Ipsos Interactive Services

Thank you for performing the XXXX shops! Please review your Pay Statement 210 for payment details."

I was paid for all shops . I haven't had the opportunity to audit the Pay Statement but I would be surprised if it wasn't correct.

I'm hardly an apologist for IPSOS and I'm the first one to snark on an MSC or scheduling company that isn't performing up-to-snuff and IPSOS does seem to have had a few minor glitches/growing pains which is to be expected. But the amount of vitriol, misinformation and just general griping that has spewed from a very few vociferous forum posters is not entirely shocking as these are the glass is half-empty types. As well as folks who cannot follow or comprehend guidelines which cause their assignments to become invalid.

And...those who hide behind the cloak of anonymity and continually post under newly-created screen names are cowardly and lack credibility (yep, I'm calling you out and you know who you are).

Just sayin'

i, as well, have not been paid...for assignments i completed last week.

yep, i am snarking on your comment which lacks any kind of substance and lacks credibility because of the total absence of facts to back up your silly comment.

how about furnishing some factoids which just might support your silly statement or are you like the idiot who complained that all 9 of his shops were invalidated because the weight of a certain item was incorrect at all 9 of the locations? This genius' screen name was/is "winemaker" but has probably posted under numerous non de plumes.

it is no wonder that MSCs offer such low fees because of people who cannot or refuse to understand some basic tenants of proper communication skills which include "getting your point across while making sense or backing up your point by the issuance of facts of support".

here again is this genius responder's statement...

"Good for you because I have not been paid. And this is not a new screen name." sure says a lot, eh?
I am currently dealing with two shops that I completed that for some reason disappeared from my completed shops log. While slow to respond, a scheduler has communicated with me and said that my case has been sent up to 'management'. She said to let her know if I don't hear from said management by the end of Monday.
Im sorry all expereinces are not as positive as yours. Up until this month I had no concerns. I received the pay pal message this month and noted half of the payment was missing from my pay statement. No one returns my messages including the schedulars.

So even though you have not experienced problems, please dont make light of those who are having problems. I just hope it doesnt happen to you.
The same thing happened to me. Initially the schedular was great. Now they wont respond.
