I got paid for my Nivember shops this week too. No issues-pay was right. I just wish they had more shops in my area I was interested in doing.....
so it pays to be a loudmouth. another goal for 2016.@frodosdojo wrote:
I've read 3-4 complaints in here on missing payments. No one should be trying to silence those people who are having issues with payments from any company. Several companies have gone down the tubes in the same manner. They pay a few loudmouths and then don't pay a few other folks.

I've gotten paid for all of the Ipsos shops I've completed (and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of the deposit, as I had lost count of how many I had done), but can understand how some shoppes could be having a problem. There are multiple dozens of Ipsos shops in my area each month. I assume that's the case in the rest of the country, too. With that many transactions going on it's inevitable that some will fall through the tracks.

I got paid for the shops that I did in October. The slow pay is more understandable than the non communication. When shops that have been assigned disappear from your board, the day you planned to perform them, it is a waste of my time. I did attempt to contact with the link provided many times in this thread and I got zero response. Even though the shops were easy the MSC is on my 10 foot pole. I just cannot deal with the frustration. I understand when shops have to be cancelled for various reasons but that still needs to be communicated to the shopper - not just have shops disappear with no explanation.

I was paid for both my October and November shops today. The delay appeared to be an error in the email address for the Paypal payment. I have been getting daily (sometimes more than one a day - sometimes less) job offering emails for the last three months, so I know my address is correct. Wish I had gotten an answer sooner, but thankful to have it taken care of before Christmas.

I'd love to work with Summit Scheduling & Ipsos, provided that I can get correspondence of any kind for my inquiries. I've tried two difference schedulers (one within this forum) as well as the owner of Summit Scheduling + their IT admin for password help on their website, yet no response. ****sigh****

I received a response from Judith the following day, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Judith! There is another scheduler active on this forum that responded to me within minutes of sending an IM (thanks, Celeste . I heard from the original scheduler a couple of days later.

For all the naysayers, whiners, doom-mongers and general buzz-killers out there, this morning (1 week or so early) I received the following email from PayPal...
"Just thought you'd like to know Ipsos Interactive Services sent you $xxx USD.
Note from sender, Ipsos Interactive Services
Thank you for performing the XXXX shops! Please review your Pay Statement 210 for payment details."
I was paid for all shops . I haven't had the opportunity to audit the Pay Statement but I would be surprised if it wasn't correct.
I'm hardly an apologist for IPSOS and I'm the first one to snark on an MSC or scheduling company that isn't performing up-to-snuff and IPSOS does seem to have had a few minor glitches/growing pains which is to be expected. But the amount of vitriol, misinformation and just general griping that has spewed from a very few vociferous forum posters is not entirely shocking as these are the glass is half-empty types. As well as folks who cannot follow or comprehend guidelines which cause their assignments to become invalid.
And...those who hide behind the cloak of anonymity and continually post under newly-created screen names are cowardly and lack credibility (yep, I'm calling you out and you know who you are).
Just sayin'

Good for you because I have not been paid. And this is not a new screen name.
