Direct Scheduling Service payment issues

June and Melissa have both stop answering my emails.. I am due a total of $124.00 for shops that I did in July, August , and September of this year. I have gotten the runaround.. They have told me that they just need the payment to clear on paypal and I would get paid by the end of the week, and never got the money.. I need my money. please help.. What do I need to do?

Yup, I am owed for shops dating back to July. Melissa is a total crook. Van, how is your process coming along?

Excuse my ignorance but who is BBB and how do you contact them? Any address which is legit to give out on this public forum please? It would be much appreciated.

I have just the one shop I did for directscheduling and that was not paid, however I have a bigger issue with one other company. If all attempts on my end fail to get me my due payment which is well over $100 to date, from just one company, then maybe I'd have to try these BBB guys!

Better Business Bureau is in numerous locations across the United States. A complaint filed with them against a company becomes a record of sorts. It's a black eye on the company, particularly if the company does not respond.
BBB is the Better Business Bureau. You can Google it readily enough.
I filed a complaint with the BBB yesterday for DSS. They are rated "F" by the Better Business Bureau out of a scale from A+ to F.
I am ready to file the civil part of the action in the first week of JANUARY 2011. If anyone else has unpaid shops in Washington State, please contact me through private message this week. We have so far documented enough money to get the case reviewed for criminal prosecution. But the more we have in claims, the easier it will be reach across state lines.






Please help yourself and get your claim recognized before we move forward.
I am still due for payments from June and July. I received a line of BS from June Raeder-Mackinnon about the reasons why and Melissa has not responded to anything from me. Her profile on Facebook has no reference to her supposed "Mystery Shopping Company" and I'm done with her unprofessionalism. I know she doesn't owe me as much as others, but still she needs to communicate with us. June tried to say she has nothing to do with it but I'm sorry I don't believe her one bit.
First court Appearence Thursday January 6, 2011. This case was filed by another Washington Resendent. I look forward to seeing the results. A couple of phone calls have now been returned, but no payments yet. I am waiting to see what the court session brings.
For those that have not heard. Karma has visited the client. They have been identified as the source of a Multi state food contamination outbreak. Maybe they will decide to pay, then the bad karma will go away.
