What I find strange is that I've made about 3 inquiries about a problem that has kept me from completing the shop. I heard from the scheduler once when I asked for a deadline extension because I was having internet issues, but since then have been unable to get help. I would have thought he would at least notice the shop hadn't been submitted yet.
No way! I hate those! It seems you have to get/save a copy of your receipt BEFORE you go back inside, (because they want to keep the 1st receipt) some of the shops won't be paid if you don't have both the original purchase and return receipts. Wow! Talk about being ungrateful... I wouldn't have signed up for these if you were paying on your regular payment schedule. Could you imagine what would have happened if I decided to wait for 4 days after the deadline to complete your shops?
