Intelli-shop

Has anyone else had issues with Intelli-shop? I've been trying to get ahold of my scheduler for help with an issue but can not reach him. I've also submitted a support ticket with no response.

It's the end of the year and a holiday weekend, so I am not sure if you will be able to get a response until Monday. It depends on the type of shop and the scheduler. I have known a few of their schedulers who check emails over the weekend, but not all do.
I've been trying to get a hold of a scheduler for three weeks with no luck. I guess I won't be getting my money back on a shop I did for them
I've been waiting for three weeks for a car shop to be processed. No score so far.

No fee, no shop.
They have been paying on the 20th of the month. Have you gone to where the shop is shown on your shop log, and it says help and contact, I have gotten in touch with someone that way. The paid for my October shops November 20th, and my November shops, December 20th.

What I find strange is that I've made about 3 inquiries about a problem that has kept me from completing the shop. I heard from the scheduler once when I asked for a deadline extension because I was having internet issues, but since then have been unable to get help. I would have thought he would at least notice the shop hadn't been submitted yet.

They are either:

a) So backed up they have not gotten to your report to even notice that you have/have not completed the shop

b) They cancelled the shop and are not responding.

Did you go into your shop log and see what it says? "Complete, Incomplete or Other?" smiling smiley
But. But. But. They read and reply to every email. They're required to! Just ask their shopper advocate that comes on here and says that every time!

It says that it is Incomplete.

I just saw a purchase and return shop from them for $10. *smh*
No way! I hate those! tongue sticking out smiley It seems you have to get/save a copy of your receipt BEFORE you go back inside, (because they want to keep the 1st receipt) some of the shops won't be paid if you don't have both the original purchase and return receipts. For-get-about-it! Not worth and NOT worth $10 bucks or even $25! tongue sticking out smiley

Well, as slow as they are in grading the reports, since no-one has responded to you regarding your questions and no one has responded to you about your report being incomplete, the heck with it! tongue sticking out smiley

Just wait until you get a "human bean" to respond to you. smiling smiley

I did a new car shop about three and a half weeks ago, and nothing yet. I don't expect Intelli-Shop to be fast, but they're getting awfully slow lately.

The thread prompted me to check on a new car shop I submitted on 12/22. Nothing yet which doesn't bother me. I am curious whether it will get scored this week then paid in January or if the delay pushes payment to February.

I think the delay does them a disservice. We turn in shops by deadline so that, in theory, they could forward the report to the client right away for feedback.

If they take this long to edit, I wonder when the client will actually get the report.
I have tried to save a car shop for them several times and it simply does not save any of my work. They have emailed me about that shop and I assured them I had done it and would submit, but now I haved decided that I am not going to enter all that informaion again. Enough is enough!

I completed two shops in December that were supposed to be paid by December 31st that are still not paid to me. It's under $50 total, but that's not the point. Pay when you state you're going to pay and not when you feel like it. I held up my end of completing the assignments, Intelli-Shop needs to hold up their end and pay me when they specified they would pay.
Back in October, I did a new car shop for them. I had received an email asking me to complete this job for them with a nice bonus. As the dealership was local, I accepted. I completed the shop on time, per instructions. Three weeks later, I received an email saying that my report could not be used because I went to the wrong dealership. I know that I went to the correct dealership because I live on the same street that the dealership is on.

I replied to the email stating that I was confident that I was at the correct address. The reply was that I had to have gone to the wrong address because the business card that I had submitted with the report had the wrong address on it. The dealership that I went to was located on one corner of the street, while three other dealerships (owned under a parent company- each having the name of a different manufacturer) were around the corner. It is common knowldge in the area that the dealerships rotate their sales force between the dealerships.

In another attempt to make some sense of this report rejection, the reply that I received was a simple, "Other shoppers have submitted business cards with the right address." I subitted the business card that was given to me by the same salesman that went with me on a test drive in a new car from that lot.

I have heard nothing more them since, other than them begging me to do them more "favors". NO WAY!!!
I received my intelli-shop payment at 9:09am with the following note:

Hi Shoppers, here is your "December" payment from IntelliShop. We apologize for this being a couple of days late, but PayPal had some glitch over New Year's and the funds didn't hit our account until this morning. The good news is, you are still being paid almost 3 weeks earlier than you would have if we had stuck to our regular schedule. THANK YOU for shopping for us!

Wow! Talk about being ungrateful... I wouldn't have signed up for these if you were paying on your regular payment schedule. Could you imagine what would have happened if I decided to wait for 4 days after the deadline to complete your shops?

I received the same email notice today for a car sales shop done in Mid December. It showed up as finally reviewed over two weeks later.

I had done another Intelli-shop car shop for another auto maker a few days prior to the slow one and it was reviewed and paid much sooner.

Obviously they got jammed up at the end of the year. Both of my shops were nicely bonused. Paying low and then bonusing at the end of the cycle is a self-perpetuating problem.

I think PP did have some glitches at year end but to blame PP for the slowness is lame.

I just received an email...$10 shop fee for a Purchase and Return. I'm waiting for the next email that may come...asking me to do it for free. Oh well, to.each their own.
I performed an auto shop on 12/10/15. I received 10/10 score the next day. I received payment via Paypal today. They apologized and explained that a computer glitch prevented them from paying on 12/31/15 as promised.

I have had NO issues with this company and I've been working lots of their shops.
I am at a loss to understand those "sticky note" shops that just reposted. I thought they must have revised the stickies with current dates to offer the shops again. Nope-all of the available shopping dates are well in the past (again), making them ineligible to be performed. Am I missing something here?
Hi Threemom, I just ran into the same issue and contacted my scheduler. How do they expect me to complete a shop in December 2015 LOL!
I emailed them about this last time, with no reply and no changed dates then either. Maybe Marty McFly will show up and take us. ☺
I must agree the PP note was a little ungrateful on their part. Hey we paid you three weeks earlier than normal so just ignore the fact we didn't pay on time like we promised in order to get the shops completed on time. The wording also makes it sound like they were waiting on some kind of payment, "the funds didn't hit our account until this morning." By my reckoning if they planned on paying shoppers by 12/31 they should have funded their own account by 12/30 at the latest. Neither 12/30 or 12/31 were bank holidays.

I expect a long period of radio silence, since that is their usual response to emails. Then next week, another email, and perhaps updated sticky note dates, but the calendar will by then be out of date. That is what happened in December.
