I am trying to enter my data using Microsoft Edge which is the successor to Explorer. It is not working. I tried emailing Steri but haven't heard back. Any insight on this problem? (My computer is broken so I am using my daughter's.)
To add to that thought...I have Edge on my laptop and I can't access some of my bank accounts and other websites using it, but on my desktop I have the usual Chrome, Mozilla, and IE which I use for everything with no problems. It's when I am traveling and trying to use Edge on my laptop that I have issues, that's why I downloaded the alternate browsers on it.
