Service Sleuth manually deactivated?

When I went to SS today this was on my main page

You our account has been manually deactivated by HS Brands International.

I have updated my information and I have e-mail them asking why my account has been deactivated.

Has any one been deactivated and can they re activate my account?

Thanks

Ouch. That sounds personal. Did you recently have an argument with a scheduler or post something negative about them with a name that can be traced back to you? Hopefully it was just a mis-key by someone on their end.

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.
No I have not.. When I updated my profile I received a e-mail saying that my profile has been changed.

Is there a telephone # that I can call and speak to some one?. I have e-mail them asking about it.

Hopefully it's a mis-key on their end
-Never mind. You said you already e-mailed someone at the company. Hopefully it was just their error like you said.-

It has been about three days and I have not heard back and I am still deactivated.

I have not said anything bad about this company. I may give it a few more days and then go from there
I'm sorry this has happened to you. How has your relationship with them been up to now? Have you had any reports questioned or rejected? I know that one company is infamous for deactivating shoppers without reason (that anyone can tell) and/or without notice. But I would think, although I don't know for sure, that there might be some indication ahead of time?

Thanks. I have never shopped for them. Here is a e-mail that I received this afternoon

"I’ve looked into this extensively and can find no information on why your account was deactivated or by whom. In the absence of any obvious issue, I’ve reactivated your account.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you,"

So not sure what happen or why.
That's weird that they would deactivate you if you'd never shopped for them, but I'm glad somebody got back to you and reactivated your account! Sounds like a technical glitch....

It could have been as simple as someone keying in the wrong number or choosing the wrong name from a list. Occasionally some companies will deactivate profiles for shoppers who have been registered for a long time without performing any assignments. It then just takes contacting them to be restored.
