Maritz: No Returned Phone Calls - Messages not being answered

For the life of me I cannot get anyone to contact me. I have invoices that are over 14 days old. I have called the 800-782-4299 (press 7) and left a message every single day for over 2 weeks. I cannot get a return call. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have never heard of the #7 option. What department is that for? Just call the main number and press "0" to get a live operator and then ask for the correct person or department. I think they are in CST.
Thank you for the response. When you go through the entire voice message it states press 7 for payments. I have also tried pressing 0 for the operator - but she ends up transferring me right back to where I was before.
Demand to speak to a live person in the accounting/payroll department. If I remember correctly, I think the people in that department do work shorter shifts or not every day.
Sometimes it's just a matter of persistence. I usually press "0" and ask to speak with someone regarding invoices. It may take several days to get through to a live person, especially toward the end of the month or quarter. In the meantime, send an email to tcms@maritzcx.com with all of the pertinent information regarding the invoices, including the job number, date performed, fee, incentive, and any reimbursements you are due. That is what they may tell you to do anyway. (You can find the job number in the confirmation emails they sent after assigning the shops.) Then, if you like, start calling again a few days later to confirm they received your email.

I have never had an invoice to Maritz paid within 14 days. While they do pay fast (especially compared to other MSCs), if I do a shop and it's accepted by say the 12th of the month, I start looking for my payment after the 30th of that same month. If it's completed and accepted by about the 20th, I start looking for payment after the
15th of the month following.
Press zero on your phone. when the receptionist answers, ask for Frances (yes, it is an "e" in her name) If Frances is not available, ask for someone else in accounting.
They will only look at your emails if they're expecting them.
Their phone system was down for a period of time today (Monday.) They are now playing "catch up."
I can't explain what's happening to you but they have been calling me and sending me messages all over the place. I love Maritz and Coyle, they treat me so well!
I had problems with them over a year ago. They would place a shop on hold, I would correct it, submit it, receive the message that it was submitted successfully, yet it stayed on my shops. Then I saw the first one disappear and show up on the job board again. Phone calls were answered by auto guy. I made copies of everything. Involved 5 phone shops. When they finally called me, I pitched a fit. I offered to send the evidence via email. They said it was not necessary and paid me for the shops.

Fortunately they have not had that problem in some time.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

Margo, what ever happened on this? Did you get it straightened out?

By "I have invoices that are over 14 days old," did you mean you had not sent invoices and 14 days had passed?
