URGENT: For Customer Impact

I forgot to call for my first shop with Customer Impact. Is this the end of the world? Will they not accept my shop?

If I could make one suggestion. Edit the subject of your post to include "Customer Impact." I have no clue but someone who has worked for them will be more inclined to open and read the thread.

Don't worry. The end is not near. I called for my first shop with them, and the person seemed surprised I actually called. So on a different type of shop shop, I didn't call. I think I remember talking to someone later who chided me for not calling, and told me to call in next time, but the shop was accepted and I am still in their good graces.
This is good to hear. I called right after their business closing hours. I'll definitely call next time.
utyshopper, do you mean that you forgot the phone portion to the client (hours of operation, specials, etc.), or you forgot to call CI for training? If the latter, it's not the end of the world, especially if your report is solid.
That happened to me, I called on the weekend but the office was close. I emailed them, and got a response that it would be acceptable as long as I followed the guidelines.

Same here.. And on my very first shop for the company. I wrote a great report and all is well and I get regular work from them. It's more of a CYA clause smiling smiley
