Yes and it works great already, so the app confused me. Some shop sites are difficult to use without an app but MF worked just fine.

Generally i prefer an app. If it is well done then the questions are much easier to read and answer than trying to resize a website on a phone. I'm also curious how you handled file uploads through the website as i have yet to find a way to upload my coney photo on any mobile device.

Their entire system crashed. I am not sure if it's related to the new app, but nothing is working at all.
Well, you can probably tell today that things are not too good. The website and app went out of service yesterday while I was filling in a report. The server is down. I'm not sure how to proceed since I can't pull up the information I need for today's shop

I also have some shops, and need instructions from the portal before I can proceed. I tried calling the schedulers, but it goes to voice mail, and no one is returning calls. (??)
I would imagine they are slightly busy.

Ahh, such a rich fantasy life...

She can't be stalking you, silly. She's stalking me.
I found the app. You have to search market force and then you'll see the app. But it also is having a connection problem so that doesn't do me any good right now either
Reported two shops yesterday on the app. Actually, I like it better than using the web. It was quicker and I could submit receipts quickly.
It will only be a matter of time before the app becomes popular and everyone gets on the bandwagon. Then the fees will lower drastically. I have been using several apps for a few years and every year the fees get lower.
On Google the app has a 2.3 rating. I sent MF help desk and email and stated I won't use it tell it had a better rating. Got response from them stating the problems where fixed. Read the last reviewed will tell you if it has been fixed
I had the same issue as Traveliz when she said: "I also don't like that if you open up the form just to look at it, it thinks you are trying to input and you get a notification that you have an incomplete shop that they will cancel if not done by a certain time. The problem with that is the time I opened the form was about three days before the shop was even due. I wanted to just look at the form. "
In my case it was 4 days and I was very surprised to get the "You have an Incomplete Shop" message.
I think I'll wait on really using it until they get the bugs worked out.
The app hasn't had any updates since the general release, nothing has been fixed.

I'm still not convinced.
I input 2 reports on the app, it may be worth it for when I have down time in between shops.

Has anyone figured out how to change the location settings on the Android app? I am only seeing shops within 10 minutes of my home address irregardless of where I am.
Same here and I went into the app settings and made sure it had access to my location.

I just noticed another problem. The "pins" for the majority of the listings are miles away from the actual location. The website tends to be accurate the majority of the time. I guess this answers why at times the website search either includes shop outside my search area or misses shops clearly inside the radius.

The app shows my shop radius to be in England. It will show my assigned shops in the correct region but available shops skip to an map in England. Still trying to figure out how to change the location.
