I'm sorry you're having such a difficult time. I've actually had a far different experience, when I've sent an email I almost always receive a response in a day or two.
Also, Kinesis has their payment policy listed at the top of the page when you log in. You'll see everything on the header, just above your completed and open shops. I copied and pasted the portion on payments:
"SHOPPER PAYMENTS: Kinesis pays for shops through PayPal by the end of the month following the month of the shop. To add a PayPal address that is different from your Primary Address, please check instructions in the [Help] link at the top of this page."
So, if you shopped in June then payment will be end of July.
