Second to None

I did a shop for Second to None last Wednesday. Apparently I've been in their system for three years without completing a shop (they NEVER have anything near me, until last week). I even got a clarification email about my shop. Today I go to log in, only to find out my account has been disabled for "non-use". They reactivated it, but my shop history is nowhere to be found. What can I do?

If you click on 'help' on the top right you can email their help desk.
The person who schedules me and sends clarifications has a specific e-mail attributed to them and isn't "no reply" so you could email them as well about the issue. If the shop is still open it would be in their interest to assign it.
Hope this helps. They're a good company but unlike most I've walked/driven by their headquarters a few times so I likely get more opportunities as they have a lot of unique shops to the area.
Do you have anything under "Payments Pending" or "Payment History"? That's the only place on your shopper hub that you can see your shop history.
Nothing, since my account has since been re-deactivated. Ryan is no help, as he says the shop was rejected, then stating I could see the reasoning on the shopper website. The same one I've been deactived from. He wants me to re-apply using "the new system". I attempt to do so, but it says my email is already in use. How can I sign up if I don't have another email that I use? This isn't really shining a positive light on them, and I'm more than a little frustrated at the lack of communication.

This aint my first rodeo, this isn't right.
jrich, I registered with Second to None in 2008. I do very few shops for them. Briefly, in 2010-2011, they had a client I liked. I never had to re-register when they changed their website. I use the same login information I created in 2008. Have you tried logging into the new site? Try using "Forgot my password" and let the site send you a change of password e-mail.
Looks like I'm locked out for good. I can't re-register, since my email address is "already in use" and it won't send me a new/forgotten password. Not worth my time for one nearby client.
I had to re-register as well....had been signed for years, but didn't do anything for them. Had the same problem trying to reinstate account. I finally got through, it was a hassle, but they were nice and changed my password.

I can tell you this. If you don't see your job on the "Payments Pending" or "Payment History" they may have not paid you for your shop, as in "not accepted" it but to be sure, call them. I had a problem, called them and was paid and the shop put back on the payment history.
