Im getting the same thing also. Make sure you do a screen shot of the page with the time on it. Important so they dont take money from us also email tech support important to do as well....

I stopped shopping for BM because they docked me 3.00 if my report was not turned in by 10am CST. That would be 8am Pacific Time and if I was just getting home after 10pm from dinner, I did not think that was reasonable. They refused to budge so I said " No Thanks". I did a couple of "Italian restaurant" meals that did not even cover the full amount I spent. I used my own coupon once to cover my overage and they gave me a hard time about that too.

Central time is one hour ahead of pacific time. I live in California. If they try to dock me I usually argue and they don't do it.

No, its 2 hours ahead. Right now its 10pm Pacific Time and midnight in MN( where Bestmark is).

I've argued with them to no avail.

i always thought they said mountain time because one person would say you have one hour to get it in. And it was 8am here. LOL

It's back up! Wooooo!!

I see that one of my shops got approved in last night as well..... (That was a long one too!) Maybe my report crashed the site???!?!??
