NSS website not working right?

I noticed that most of the shops that are availabe (the pizza ones especially) are not located in my area- and much less selection. It appears they have not updated it for the month of Sept. Anybody else having that problem? (zip code 23517) Thanks

Looks like they haven't released them yet. Check back Tuesday, as no one will be in the office until then. If you don't see them online, call them.
Wednesday or Thursday I was nominated for 5 shops. When shops are nominated they are removed from the job board. After I declined all 5 (I do not shop on or near holidays) I checked and only 8 were available in my area including the 5 I declined. I just checked and the list is up to 15 shops available now.
They called me also and the hourly emails are back. I signed up for 2 and I am waiting for better bonus's on the others in my area.
I find that the website is really hit or miss. I go off of the emails they send, one scheduler in particular. The bonuses via email are 5X higher than those offered on the site. Anyone else notice this?
I prefer to call also. The website rarely has the bonus listed. I always ask to speak to the same person, she gives me great bonus's and emails me all surrounding shops with bonus prices for both carry out and delivery. Delivery is always higher but, while on a route sitting for 30 minutes is not always an option. I return the favor by grabbing competitors shops that sit forever.
Not a problem with the website here, just went on it. I notice they have no upscale retail anymore. When I spoke with Rob who handled this account, He always called me before they went on the board. Last time I spoke with him, I was told we can do them every 6 months....hoping they didn't lose this account, it was a big one for me, used to do one location and four shops in one mall and in Beverly Hills the following month.
No reimbursement or P/R, so very unhappy about this loss.

I think they choose on purpose not to list bonuses on the website- I rarely see bonuses there. Bonuses are usually by email notice. I think they try to hook as many as they can on the website and not have to pay a bonus.
My experience with them for retail is to call, then I get a 10 bonus as I always have to drive a 60 mile RT. but they give me four shops per visit and they prefer doing it by phone. They also still send checks, a bit behind, but a good company. Hopefully, they'll get more shops, i don't do their pizza jobs.

True, my first few shops (local) were reimbursement only until I received a call offering a bonus for a shop 20 miles away. Now I schedule a route in that area every 2-3 weeks.
