Service Check

Karin Williams, Ops manager as well as scheduling manager major problems. I would not reccommend doing work for them.

What major problems?

I do multiple shops for Service Check each and every month. They are one of the best run MSCs I have encountered. Clear shop directions. Friendly and professional staff - both Karin and Kate. Prompt payments.

It is not unusual for a business to have multiple addresses nor is it unusual for BBB to have out-of-date information in their database.

And why look at BBB anyway? Were you engaging the services of Service Check? Did you want them to do some shopping for you? BBB is concerned firms' interactions with their consumers, not with business-to-business interactions.

This person posted an entire thread yesterday complaining about this company. Folks, don't bother wasting your time with this troll.

Service check says they pay by PayPal 60 days after a shop report is approved. Generally, I am paid 40-50 days after a shop is approved, most frequently right at 45 days, which exceeds my expectations. Although I have worked for them since 2009, they have never taken more than 60 days to pay me, so I consider their payment prompt.

When a company tells me their payment terms, I consider their payment prompt as long as they live up to their own stated payment terms.

By the way, the operations manager can't spell! Hillarious!! She sent me an email with a misspelling!! I have the email!! Perhaps they need to remove her or cancel her position. Guess she can't use spell check! Lol, lol

I will again refer to your post yesterday that was loaded with misspelled words, grammar mistakes, bashing the wrong company at first, and incorrect acronyms.
Unfortunately Service Check doesn't have enough shops around me to work with them often, but I do like working with them overall. I haven't yet been paid for September work but have been paid for previous work. Since you indicate you are registered with them, Itsybitsy1, you can look it up on their website as easily as I and probably should since it is evidently important to you.

Hahaha! VERY hilarious! We have multiple posts showing Itsy's spelling and grammar. Itsy is lucky the MSCs don't read her posts .... perhaps they would remove her or deactivate her as a shopper.
Just report the troll to the mods and/or Jacob. This is a returning troll pretending to be a female. Do not quote the troll. Do not feed the troll. I hope you enjoy a troll-free evening.

I used to do quite a bit of work for them, lately, nothing appeals and I take other jobs...however, I've never had a problem, just takes awhile to pay, but you know that up front. Itsey, maybe your the problem just saying....

Live consciously....

If someone threatens me as the one person did, I absolutely will report them to the Internet police. That is not a jest. Apercu's comments to me were not taken as a jest by me or my husband. I have snap shotted on my phone the offensive comnent by Apercu that is now removed.

Mod note: "No reason to post something not related to (initial) subject matter" [to quote your words]. The original subject matter is 'Service Check'.

Thank you for your insight. The matter was resolved by the CEO/President of the company to my satisfaction.

I'm getting dinged by the editors on including too much in the narrative for the supermarket shops. This is the one for the club store alternative where the format for the report changed several months back. I suggested to them that a sample narrative for the new format would be helpful but it was not provided. In addition to the interactions, I am writing in the narrative about the condition of the store, the exterior of the store, stock levels and the cleanliness of the restroom. I have asked specifically what information is unnecessary but haven't heard back yet. I did one yesterday where numerous sale items were completely out of stock. I'm guessing they no longer want to know about that, which surprises me. What minimal points do you cover in the narrative that are acceptable.
