Best Mark Question

There is a Best Mark shop that I would like to do. However, it says that the client name will be disclosed in the confirmation e-mail.

This is a shop that I have to be requested for. Will it be OK for me to e-mail them asking them what they name of the client is? I hate to be assign and they tell me it will be at XXX location.

I have a idea on where the location is.. I don't have a problem at shopping at the location.. Also if I am assign this shop will I be able to view the forum and print it off and look over it like I do with other MSC? Also what is the dispatch number?

Thanks

I'm having a little trouble understanding why you are hesitant accepting the shop before knowing the client but here is my reply. Request the shop, review the instructions and if you don't want to do it, cancel it. I can't remember how BestMark does it but other companies will send you an e-mail showing the client's name and asking you to confirm acceptance of the shop. I'm not sure but i don't think MSCs flag your account if you change your mind after reading the instructions. Normally I wouldn't respond to a post if I'm not sure about the information but since nobody has responded, I thought I'd give you my 2 cents. The dispatch number? I think it's the shop number. I haven't done on for Best Mark in quite a while so I can't remember.
Isaiah4031a, The zip code is listed. Being familiar with the areas by zip code is helpful. You can also try Googling the zip, along with a key word ~ 90210 restaurants, or car dealers, etc. After shopping with them and reading their job board a while, you will recognize which shops you want.

The dispatch number identifies the assignment. Other MSCs may call it assignment number or shop number. Yes, after being assigned a shop, you will be able to see the report and guidelines. This information may not be visible until a week before the due date. Some of their assignments require certification prior to conducting them. Also, after completing the on-site portion of the assignment, Bestmark requires that the shopper log in and confirm that portion as completed.
Once assigned, Bestmark asks you to review the guidelines and accept the shop or not. You still have an option once you read through everything to choose whether or not you wish to do the shop. I've had to re-schedule a shop with them a week ago because the restaurant was booked for a private event. They're very responsive and very helpful. On a personal note, they're becoming one of my favorite companies to work for!
