I have been working for ATH for years, I'm sure you all know that by now. ATH will send you all of the banking request and specify whether or not you need to be a customer. They offer all banks to everyone. There should be the information in the offer whether or not you need to have an account.
JASFLALMT: This shop is a non-customer shop. Speak with a rep, not a teller. Ask about their checking accounts, at the end of your conversation if they didn't mention their credit cards, just ask about them and make notes of this in your narrative. This is an easy shop, I think that shoppers are preforming this shop when they are a customer. That is why they added in the ARE a customer.
BIRDYC - Your scheduler is the best person to talk to. I have been emailing them every month with a request outside the date, and they put me on a hold list, if they don't fill it I get an email.
Each bank varies, teller, platform, credit card, each have their own scenario. When you go into their site where you see the numbers; 100 etc. be sure to click on all of the listed numbers. Sometimes they go into the 700's.
If you are not in the date range, don't bother with the shop until it comes into the date you can do it. This is when I get in touch with my scheduler to let them know the dates I can do them. Doesn't mean that I will get them, just a request. Each bank has a different scheduler, go by whoever sent you the email. Hope this helps!
