Remington Evaluations

Hello!

I'm new to the board and I'm still learning how to navigate the forum. My apologies in advance If this is posted in the wrong selection. Does anyone have experience with Remington Evaluations? I did two apartment shops with them over a week ago and my shops haven't been evaluated yet. Apparently, I can't invoice them until the shops have been evaluated.

Welcome to the forum!

They will definitely give you feedback on your two shops, and let you know what you can invoice. You will receive an email from one of the editors with a manifesto of what you did right or wrong. Just be patient.

Thank you. I just got feedback this morning, I guess I had to be a little more patient. I'm not sure if I'll continue to work with this company. One of my editors was rather rude and off putting. She stated my report was "extremely summarized and missing details." I've worked for EPMS for quite a while and never received negative feedback regarding my narratives. She asked me questions that I had already answered in my reported and wanted me to elaborate in areas where there was nothing more to say. Hopefully I'll be able to submit an invoice soon and wash my hands of them. The scheduler was nice but I don't want to have to work with this particular editor again.

I don't think you have a choice of what editors you work with and they are all the same. I only do their shops that are on the higher end of the payscale.

Doing work for them made me appreciate EPMS so much more!
