I do many shops for Alta. My experience has been that if they aren't "self assign" (where they are automatically approved immediately), they'll be assigned as soon as the scheduler is available. They don't usually work on weekends and most jobs state that the applications are reviewed Monday thru Friday from 8 - 5. You might try giving them a call at 877-284-9785 if it's late in the day on Friday and you plan to do a shop over the weekend. You might get lucky and get the scheduler on the phone! They are easy to work with and usually respond in a prompt and professional manner.
