IPSOS Missing Payment

Hi All, is there anyone else I can contact besides the scheduler regarding missing payments?

I would be careful doing any business with them right now. They owe me for a shop in Jan that shows it is on hold for pay. I cannot get a response from them. I even tried the schedulers who could only refer me back to Ipsos. Ipsos needs to hold up their end of the bargains and at the very least contact the shoppers when we send them emails.
Did you try sending a PM to Summit Scheduling here?

I would not "be cautious" whatsoever. They have many thousands of shoppers, 99% wiht no pay issues.
No pay issues here, ever.

This is the first time I've ever had any pay issues with them. I'm currently in contact with scheduler now, I'll try sending a direct message to Summit. Thanks everyone!
So what about the one percent then? How would you know unless you work for the company?

Based on their client, common sense.
IPSOS is one of those BIG companies that treats 15% of their shoppers like crap. So, 85% of the shoppers out there (and the messages on this board) will say that IPSOS is fine. The truth is, they don't respond to inquiries regarding THEIR errors. They owe me from 2015 and 2016, not all of the shops, but some.....calls and emails have not received response. I wrote it off and gave up on IPSOS...
