Has anyone received payment yet from NSS for assignments completed in January?

To help out other forum members, perhaps you can edit the subject line to NSS payments.

I got my check last Wednesday for a shop I performed on January 31st. Unfortunately the check bounced. Fortunately, I called and they paid me my fee and my bounced check fee via PayPal immediately.

Yes, via check a few days early even. They call me to do the same pizza shop at the end of every month. .

This is very concerning. They owe me money now. I'm scared to cash the check.

I have still not received two January payments, one which was completed 1/10/17. After informing NSS that I would no longer do assignments because of the length of receiving payments, they deactivated my account. I have sent two emails, still no answer. Hopefully, in the next few days. I am wondering since they deactivated my account, if I will be paid for three assignments. I have been a Mystery Shopper for almost 15 years, this is a first. Feeling Frustrated!

Hello Sheila24. It looks like you emailed on 03/11/17 inquiring about January payment and it was explained the PayPal payments would be processed by the end of the month. They will be completed no later than Friday, 03/31/17. Unless you noted that you did not care to shop with us anymore, your profile would not have been deactivated. There is a note stating that you did not wish to shop due to the length in which it has taken you to be paid. If you would like your account reactivated please let me know and I'll be happy to do so!

I don't shop for NSS, so I am just reading and interpreting. It does look to me like you asked to be deactivated by telling them " I would no longer do assignments because of the length of receiving payments." It's really nice that B_EASON investigated and is williing to re-activate your account.

No problem here, assigning another restaurant, not pizza....NSS had a scam, but it has been corrected, there should not be problems moving forward....
