Anyone else having problems with new Gas Audits for MF?

Anyone else having problems with Market Forces's new and unimproved website - reporting their Big GAS Client's station audits? Help Desk is saying I'm screwing up. It's all me and not their perfectly wonderful new reporting system? First 2 audits of the New Year and both are messed up different places to enter. I've done well over 500 of these but can't get anyone to listening to me! Cause Shoppers are all dummies, right?

Actually, I have ALWAYS had problems with the gas station audits. Some take me over 2 hours to report, and they are impossible (for me!) to report on the app, as I cannot get the app to work. It seems I constantly have to e-mail the help desk that I'm having trouble getting the reports to go through. I find the new website...unhelpful.
I just did a boatload in the last couple of days and mine seemed to be fine. They are still in QC though, so we shall see.

I take my tablet with me and sign in to Chrome then into MF. I report the shop right there and upload the pics at the end of the report. Unless there's a "problem" that needs to be reported, it's the same 10 pics everytime so I run around the station taking the pics when I'm done with the report part, upload them and pau hana! In and out in 25 - 45 minutes, shop already reported.

What exactly seems to be the problem? Maybe I can help.
What part of the Country are you guys in? I'm not seeing the big gas audits in New England.
I've been doing these for years. It's the new instructions and their new reporting computer system. So frustrating that they don't build online systems for the end user.

Yes... lots of problems .... I had question 5... it required 2 photos to upload... tried 5-6 times... never happened. From the summary page, question 5 never showed up so I could go back and edit it. It just disappeared and didn't show as an error.

It isn't your fault.

I did find that I could click on "review" and go to the last question... and after answering that... I could click next and get on the upload page for pics... so I no longer have to upload one pic at a time...

You go back and answer the questions, and when you get to the picture page again, there is a drop down at the pic where you can select the question for the picture... that goes faster than uploading one by one.
Is that little "I don't have a receipt" button just a little too close to the "Upload photo" button or is it just my big fat fingers? ugh!
